Sleeping arrangement:
• First floor: Private primary bedroom with a king bed, spa-inspired bathroom, oversized shower, electric fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, and workspace/vanity
• Second floor—Bedroom 2: One queen bed
• Second floor—Bedroom 3: One queen bed with direct access to the adjoining TV room
• Adjoining TV room: One twin bed
• Living area: One queen sofa bed
Important layout detail: The upstairs TV room is a separate room with its own door, providing privacy once inside. However, it does not have an independent hallway entrance. The TV room can only be accessed by walking through Bedroom 3. This connected arrangement works especially well for families with children or guests who prefer to stay close together.
